Abi Lemon is an ADHD coach, speaker and DJ with a specialism in neurodiversity, identity and professional performance, and helps creative professionals understand their brains, and build successful careers that work alongside their strengths. She holds a PgDip in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, a CertHE in Biological Psychology, and is an EMCC Senior Practitioner.

Abi is also late-diagnosed with ADHD herself, and her lived experience shapes everything about how she works. Before coaching, she spent years in the music and creative industries, including time at Ministry of Sound, and recently returned to DJing, a decision that taught her more about nervous system regulation, identity and stepping outside your comfort zone than almost anything else.

She is particularly interested in how the music industry both attracts and underserves neurodivergent people, and brings that perspective, professional and personal, to her work.

We're bringing together DJs who've built careers in music whilst navigating ADHD to talk about what nobody discusses: the hyperfocus sessions that produce your best work at 3am, the rejection sensitivity that makes a bad review feel like a personal attack, the time blindness that means you're either three hours early or catastrophically late, and the executive function challenges that make the business side of music feel impossible.

This isn't a "turn your ADHD into a superpower" panel. We're having the honest conversation about what it actually takes to manage yourself in an industry that's already relentless, when your brain works differently.

Our panellists have lived it; the highs of flow states and creative breakthroughs, the lows of burnout and missed opportunities, and the systems they've built (often through painful trial and error) to sustain careers without destroying themselves in the process.
