INES MARTINEZ LLINAS

HEAD OF EVENTS @ FOURVENUES

As Head of Events at Fourvenues, I lead the strategy and execution of global industry events and community initiatives that connect and elevate the international nightlife ecosystem.

I am also a dance music booking agent, strategic connector, and creative strategist with over a decade of international experience. My work sits at the intersection of events, touring, and music partnerships, with a focus on building high-performing, cross-functional teams that deliver global impact.

Fluent in five languages and highly attuned to cultural nuance, I specialize in connecting key players across markets, from artists and agents to promoters, brands, and platforms.

I began my full-time career in music at Vocalkitchen, working alongside one of the Netherlands’ most respected composers, before moving into bookings at MAC Artists. There, I represented a diverse roster of electronic artists and developed touring strategies across the Asian market, collaborating with leading partners such as DJ Mag, Teletech, and He.She.They, and contributing to the programming of globally recognized talent.

In parallel, I lead bespoke creative projects through my agency INEZ&CO, partnering with clients aligned with my values to deliver strategic direction, creative development, and access to an extensive international network, transforming concepts into market-ready outcomes.

I am also committed to advancing a more conscious music industry, contributing to panels and initiatives focused on gender safety, mental health, neurodiversity, sober touring, and inclusion.

At the core of my work is connection: bringing together people, ideas, and opportunities across borders to create experiences that extend far beyond the dancefloor.

SPEAKER TOPIC

IMPOSTER SYNDROME

Imposter syndrome is common across electronic music, from DJs and producers to managers, label executives, and founders. In an industry shaped by rapid change, high visibility, and constant comparison, many professionals experience moments of self-doubt, even as they build meaningful careers.

We want to reframe imposter syndrome not as a personal failure, but as a shared experience that can be understood and managed.

Artists and industry leaders will explore how these feelings show up at different career stages, how they can impact creativity and decision-making, and how learning, perspective, and support can turn uncertainty into confidence. Come and learn how you can own your seat at the table.
