Kameron is a seasoned A&R with demonstrable experience signing and developing acts across a multitude of genres & markets. He now leads Duetti’s expansion into the UK. Bringing prior experience from Mixtape Madness and Universal Music Group.

Alongside success in A&R, Kameron also co-founded the creative company NBW & Eurosync, an international camp series that links talented UK songwriters, producers & artists with their counterparts in other key territories.

Our latest camp was held in Stockholm in conjunction with Sony Music Publishing Scandinavia & gave me access to some of the most talented acts & producers in that region such as acclaimed songwriter/producer duo ‘MTHR’ who frequently produce for Zara Larsson & Mae Muller as well as acclaimed Swedish producer Von Haartman who has over 250 million Spotify streams across his current credits.

Through previous roles in the Global Commercial team at Universal Music Group, Kameron has developed previous professional experience with key global digital music platforms. In his release planning role at Universal Music Group he coordinated comms with Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok & Amazon for global campaigns from US acts under Republic Records & Nashville Records. Examples include Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd & Drake.
