Malena Wolfer is the Founder and CEO of POCKETS, a global marketing agency delivering a local-first, scalable approach to international music marketing, combining digital discovery with grassroots activation.


Through teams across all major and emerging music markets, POCKETS supports artists at all stages to discover, engage and grow meaningful global audiences by unlocking opportunities through culturally relevant and locally led, digital-first campaigns.


Prior to founding POCKETS, she was the Director of Artist Services at Believe UK, where she held overall responsibility for the department, leading cross-functional teams and major campaigns for artists such as Knucks, Sea Girls, Blanco, Novo Amor, Razorlight, La Roux, girli and many more, driving commercial growth and shaping the company’s local strategy.


Earlier in her career, as International Marketing Manager at Sony Music, she planned and executed global marketing and release strategies across 30+ markets, developed global fan communities and creative campaigns, and delivered numerous #1 singles and albums, as well as Platinum and Gold certified records around the world.
