Savannah brings extensive hands-on experience, creative energy and a strong commitment to supporting emerging and underrepresented talent. With more than a decade of experience working both behind the scenes and as a public figure in music and culture, she has built a strong understanding of the modern entertainment landscape and a reputation for creating meaningful opportunities for emerging talent.
A key part of Savannah’s background includes her work as Artist Developer for the MOBO Awards, where she supported rising artists through development initiatives and gained valuable experience working within one of the UK’s most respected music institutions. She also
co-founded We Are Impact, an organisation focused on improving access to the creative industries. Through this venture, Savannah helped facilitate employment opportunities and work placements for hundreds of young people pursuing careers in music, media and culture. Savannah also has extensive experience in event, festival and stage management, having worked across some of the UK’s leading live music events and cultural spaces. Her background includes roles in artist liaison, stage management, event operations and talent coordination for festivals and brands including Glastonbury Festival, Free From Sleep and Undivide, giving her strong operational knowledge of live events and artist-facing environments.
Alongside her industry experience, Savannah has established herself as a respected DJ and radio host within London’s live music scene. Known for her versatility across drum and bass, UKG, house, afrobeats and wider Black music culture, she has supported Becky Hill on arena tour dates and performed at leading UK festivals including Boomtown Fair and Boardmasters. Savannah is currently a resident on Kool FM and has also hosted guest shows for SWU FM and Subtle Radio.
Savannah has also consistently used her platform to elevate others. Through United Synergies, she has created networking and panel events that connect artists and industry professionals together, creating opportunities for collaboration, education and access within the creative industries. Her Girls Out Of Office project has also created opportunities for female DJs and underrepresented talent through events, partnerships and community-led initiatives. Combining artist insight, industry experience and an authentic connection to music culture, Savannah brings strong relationships, commercial awareness and a people-first approach to talent development. Her energy, credibility and commitment to supporting emerging talent continue to make her a respected figure within the music and creative industries.

We’ll explore the shifting attitudes taking root across the industry, the practical tools that have helped our panellists protect their sobriety without sacrificing their careers, and the unexpected gifts that clarity brings to creativity and relationships -alongside the challenges that don’t simply disappear when you put down the drink.
