Scarlett Shaney is a queer femme DJ, promoter, events producer and the co-founder and resident DJ of Gal Pals.


Gal Pals is a queer dance party created by and for queer women, trans and non-binary people. Founded in 2015 in London, Gal Pals has been at the forefront of dyke nightlife for a decade now.


Playing music exclusively by women and gender minority people, Gal Pals high energy, hyperactive sets ricochet between queer pop party anthems, deep-cut club tracks, mash-ups and nostalgic throwbacks.


Scarlett has played for festivals, queer parties and Prides across the country including Mighty Hoopla, Brighton Pride, Glastonbury Festival, Brighton Festival, amongst many more.
