Tom Middleton is an award winning composer, electronic music pioneer, founder of Senzomi, co-founder of Global Communication, and neurosensory designer working at the intersection of music, neuroscience, technology, health and wellbeing.


With over three decades in electronic music culture, his career spans radio, DJ and live performances worldwide, alongside immersive sound design. His work explores how sound affects the human nervous system, creating sonic environments that help people manage stress and anxiety while supporting relaxation, focus, recovery and better sleep - reaching millions of listeners through platforms such as Calm.


Tom is also a board member of the Global Wellness Institute : Music for Health and Wellbeing Initiative.
