Vicky Taylor, also known as Vicky Devine, is Head of Creative & Licensing at Truelove Music, working across publishing, sync and artist management within electronic music.
With over 25 years in the culture as a DJ, producer, label owner and promoter, she has played globally, held iconic Ibiza residencies and released on labels including Spinnin’ and Black Hole. She also spent nine years at The Night League, working closely with world-leading artists across venues such as Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza.
Now focussed on publishing and licensing at Truelove, Vicky works across sync, sample clearance and rights strategy for a diverse roster of writers and artists, bringing a hands-on, artist-first approach shaped by real experience on both sides of the industry.
In 2025, she was elected to the executive board of the Association For Electronic Music (AFEM), where she represents rightsholders within the electronic music space, advocating for fair and sustainable outcomes for creators in a rapidly evolving landscape.
